Agreement on processing and usage of personal data

By acceding to this Agreement and leaving their data on the Site, (hereinafter – the Site), by filling out the fields of the online application (registration) the User

• Confirms that all the data indicated by him belong to him personally,
• Confirms and acknowledges that he has fully read the Agreement and the terms of processing of his personal data, indicated by him in the fields of online application (registration), the text of the agreement and the terms of processing personal data is clear to him;
• Agrees to the processing of personal data provided in the information by the Site in order to enter into this Agreement between him and the Site, as well as its subsequent performance;
• Agrees to the terms of processing personal data without reservations or limitations.

The User gives its consent to the processing of its personal data, namely the performance of the actions stipulated in paragraph. 3 ч. Part 1 of Article 3 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, and confirms that, giving such consent, he acts freely, willingly and in his own interest.

User’s consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.

This User’s consent is deemed to be executed in simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, middle name; year of birth; place of residence (city, region); phone numbers; e-mail addresses (E-mail).

User, gives the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage for statutory records retention period, but not less than three years from the date of termination of the user services; clarification (update, modification); use; destruction; depersonalization; transfer by court order, including third parties, in compliance with measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

This consent is valid indefinitely from the date of delivery of data and may be revoked by you by filing an application to the administration of the site, indicating the data specified in Art. 14 of the Law “On Personal Data”.

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data may be effected by sending a corresponding order in simple written form to the e-mail address (info@антиспам@snorryplanar.com).

The site is not responsible for the use (both lawful and unlawful) by third parties of information posted by users on the site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by all possible means.

The Site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. The date of the last update shall be specified when making changes in the current edition. The new edition of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise stipulated by the new edition of the Agreement.

International law shall apply to this Agreement and to the relations between the user and the Site arising in connection with the application of the Agreement.
